In 2006, Anandatra conceptualized by the young enterprising member of the Gaikwad family with a strong family support in the form of a large land bank and the educational fields chosen by these young entrepreneurs led to the formation of a construction firm of Anandatra. This existence with a vision to transform the skyline of Pune with a dream of not just constructing Houses but contemporary Homes.

Anandtara has constructed a dream home for more than 1000 families and has several upcoming projects conceptualized on 55 Acres of land adjoining Magarpatta City, which is individually owned by the partners.
